Terms of participation
Real-money play at Casineo is permitted from the age of 18 for people who live in Switzerland or are ordinarily resident there. Anyone subject to an existing gambling ban is excluded from participation.
Personal player account
Only one Casineo player account is permitted per person. The information provided during registration must be correct and complete. The account may only be used by the registered person; login details must not be shared.
Identity and documents
The required documents must be submitted within 30 days of registration. You need a valid official identity document and, where required, proof of residence. A provisional account allows deposits of no more than CHF 1’000 in total. Withdrawals are only possible after full verification.
Bonus offers
Accepting a bonus is optional. Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements, time limits and excluded games. Bonus funds can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirements have been met. Before withdrawing real money, any active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements must be cancelled. The bonus and all wagering progress made so far will then be forfeited.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are paid to a Swiss bank or PostFinance account held in the name of the registered person.
Closing your account
Casineo Support will close your account on request. Closing an account does not replace a gambling ban. A gambling ban also applies beyond Casineo to licensed casinos in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
