Player protection
Gambling can lead to financial losses and addiction. Money needed for rent, bills and everyday expenses should not be used for gambling.
Limits
Casineo requires a daily net loss limit. Additional limits can restrict deposits, stakes or losses per day, week or month. A reduction takes effect immediately; an increase only after 24 hours.
Time-outs and gambling bans
You can set a time-out for 15 minutes to six months. It can apply either to all games or to selected game categories.
A voluntary gambling ban can be requested through a fully verified player account or via Casineo Support. It applies to licensed casinos in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, both online and on-site. Closing an account does not replace a gambling ban.
When gambling becomes a problem
Increasing stakes, borrowing money, gambling in secret or repeatedly exceeding your own limits can be signs of a problem. Advice is also available for family members and other people close to the player.
